Breakfast was more than expected, many choices.

The front desk tried to trick me into a $100 fee for smoking. I don't smoke, I spilled coffee.

At first the hotel seemed very nice. It was clean, the staff were nice, and accommodating to my needs. I used the pool, and that was nice, the hot tub was too hot, but relaxing. The morning of check out, the front desk girl asked me to provide a credit card just to make sure she charges the right card, and that I wouldn't be charged anything, 10 minutes later she calls and tells me I am being charged $100 for a smoking fee. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager was busy for almost 2 hours. Finally I requested the housekeeping manager to inspect the room, and they kept me waiting until I called 3 times for someone to come. When the housekeeper came, she didn't even look in the room, she just said they reversed the charge. It was convient to the I-4.

A/C needs repair, Breakfast menus need changing.

This was not what I have experienced at other Holiday Inn Express'. Wall paper was coming off the walls. Room air conditioning needs to have thermastats changed.

It is a beautiful hotel and the staff was very nice. I really like the 12:00 check-out.

No dislikes.

Our room overlooked a beautiful lake. The bed was the most comfortable bed and we could enjoy the morning because check out was at 12:00. Their continental breakfast was awesome.

The cleaning staff were attentive to details; desk staff was helpful; general impression of the hotel is clean and well maintained.

Hallways had an odor - somewhat musty; the tiling in the bathroom indicated shoddy workmanship - not the hotels fault.

We had no hot water the 2 days we stayed.

Everything was good the staff has friendly and helpful. We arived and had no water until later that day and that night we had no hot water. when
